An analytics organisation for students’ wellbeing in school.

An organisation who strives towards implementing students’ wellbeing program at schools through Analytics was conducting their operations manually in conducting their wellness program. This manual process was time consuming for the organisation and they are not able to reach their expected revenue and targets with their resources.

Current Problems:

• 2. Delays in collecting complete data.
• 3. Reconciliation of parent and student data.
• 4. Not able to provide paid services.
• 5. Time consumption in conducting analysis and generating the reports.

Astute Solutions followed the industry standard in executing the project. We have followed Agile Methodology by implementing Scrum framework in executing.

Astute Solutions provided timely updates to clients and address all the sprint review comments received from clients.

Astute Solutions made a prototype which was solving the customer critical problems. And the prototype is extended to a complete product and deployed in cloud.
